1. Copyright policy scope

This DMCA / Copyright Policy applies to Sportif-Y. It provides a direct route for copyright owners, trademark owners and rights holders to contact the website owner about content they believe infringes their rights.

Sportif-Y publishes sports product guides, editorial text, AI-generated visuals, comparison structures, page layouts and affiliate content. The website does not intentionally copy, scrape, mirror, hotlink or reuse product images from Amazon, retailers, marketplaces or manufacturers.

2. How to submit a copyright notice

If you believe that content on Sportif-Y infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a written notice to softmotic@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the issue.

3. Review and response process

6. AI-generated image position

Sportif-Y uses AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals to avoid copying marketplace product images and to make sports guide pages more attractive, readable and useful. These visuals are intended as illustrative category visuals, not official product photographs or manufacturer assets.

7. Trademarks and brand names

Third-party brand names, product names, marketplace names and trademarks may appear on Sportif-Y for identification, comparison, commentary, product discovery or affiliate-link context. Such use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or ownership.
